The renowned architect, John-Charles Covarel built the Cala residence in 2019 in La Légettaz neighbourhood of Val d’Isère and ramps up the chicness in the village once again. Spanning 174 square metres, the open-plan living and dining area blends rich woods, soft fabrics, and curated art for a warm, stylish hangout. A circular fireplace anchors the lounge, while floor-to-ceiling windows frame iconic La Face views. The sleek kitchen is practical and modern, with ample storage and a dining table that seats 10 — ideal for long meals and lively evenings. Downstairs, four distinct bedrooms provide privacy and comfort, with four bathrooms and an additional WC. The master suite boasts mountain views, a roll-top bath, and terrace access shared with a second double bedroom. A cosy quad bunk room with TV snug is perfect for kids, with private laundry facilities rounding out the floor. The Service

The apartment is self catered and there is no driving service allocated to this property because of its slope side position next to the piste. The main shops and restaurants are a 10 minute walk across the snowy piste where you will find many great restaurants, bars and a wonderful bakery. There is no additional food or wine included in the service with this apartment but there is a wine list from which you can purchase bottles from our cellar if you like. There is a limited concierge service with the property that will absolutely help you with organising your ski equipment and complimentary lifts to and from the hire shops and arrange your lift passes so you don't have to queue.
