Shaking up the food scene in Val d’Isère, esteemed Hotel Airelles has two new iconic additions, bringing fresh flavours to you this winter. Never before has Val d'Isère seen such a variety of places to eat and drink, come day or night.

Nobu, famous for his restaurants around the world, has landed at the new hot spot Matsuhisa, in the heart of the hotel itself. Bringing Japanese influenced cuisine to our slopes, with signature dishes such as yellowtail sashimi with jalapeño and mouth watering miso black cod. Enjoy the artistic nature of the dishes amongst the minimalist interiors, complemented by the smooth flavours from their extensive sake menu.
