Le Coucou Hotel was opened in December 2019 by the collection Maisons Pariente, a small family run business. The hotel was built and designed by the Paris-based architect and interior designer Pierre Yovanovitch, working closely with the owner Patrick Pariente and his daughters, Kimberley Cohen and Leslie Kouhana.
