Perched on the coast of Ramatuelle, Lily of the Valley proudly offers its own private beach club on the Plage de Gigaro, in addition to the breathtaking views from the hotel residence perched on the hilltop. A remote location offering exclusivity and peace, whilst just a short ten minute drive into the centre of St Tropez.
Design
The iconic designer Philippe Starck has created forty-four rooms and suites with comfort, style and munificence at the forefront of each. The hotel has also recently launched two 3-bedroom private villas. Everywhere you look there are considered colour ways, art pieces and stylish furniture, all coherently working together to create an exuberant yet peaceful space. The hotel has been designed not to impose itself on nature but adapt to it. In its luscious setting, the design was inspired by the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, Californian villas and the architecture of Provençal abbeys; it feels as if it has always been there. The spacious pool suites allow you to enjoy your own private villa, even as a small group or for just the two of you.

Chef Vincent Maillard will spoil you with exquisite cuisine sourced locally, full of Provençal and Mediterranean inspired flavours that follow the rhythm of the seasons. With a choice of restaurants available in the hotel or beach club, there is a taste for everyone and every mood. Indulge in the Brigantine restaurant perched on the water's edge, taking you on a journey through the flavours of Italy from the Northern lakes to Sicily. Lily of the Valley has a unique focus on fitness and well being. The 2000 sqm wellness area features a large fitness room, studios, a semi-Olympic heated pool, consultation rooms, saunas, steam rooms and more. Guided and motivated by a team of professionals, guests can pursue weight loss goals through methods drawn up by the hotel's consultant nutritionist, Jacques Fricker.
