Design
As one of the first hotels in Courchevel, 2012 saw a complete renovation transforming Grandes Alpes into a handful of exclusive apartments. French interior designer Jean-Marc Mouchet was charged with creating an elegant, contemporary aesthetic which would give both a sense of space and of location. Taking inspiration from French haute-couture, referencing Hermès signature orange in particular, and local craftsmanship, Mouchet came up with something that works on every level a this stylish five star property in Courchevel.
The apartments can be configured into deluxe rooms (28 sqm), one or two-bedroom bespoke suites (from 100 sqm) or three or four-bedroom apartments (from 150 sqm to 300 sqm). Each has a professional kitchen, ample living space and ensuite bathrooms and are furnished with state-of-the-art technology, cosy wood-burners and local sculptures and artworks.
