Location

With ski to door access and located right next to the slopes - the location is hard to beat! You can reach the resorts shops, bars and restaurants within minutes on foot.

Design

In keeping with its pioneering spirit, Le Val Thorens was recently transformed into a present-day version of a high altitude chalet. However the interior architect Gilles Leborgne was conscious not to sacrifice the original aspects of the hotel; abandoning the traditional honey-toned woods to add more muted, contemporary colours Spaces were then furnished with pieces from the 1950's to show that guests were entering a place with a long and rich history. The interiors feature cow-skin rugs, engulfing sofas, and fireplaces are offset by irregularly shaped bright furnishings.
All rooms feature a balcony with views of the village or slopes. From 23 - 43 sqm in size, there are plenty of options for couples, friends and small families.

Food & Other Facilities

There are two restaurants - 'Le Val Thorens Brasserie', a classic bistro with a traditional French cuisine, cooked with tastefully fresh products and 'La Fondue', a charming place to enjoy specialities from the region. The beautiful sunny terrace with an exceptional location faces the slopes and offers lunches during the day. 'Le Bar du Val Thorens', hosts an innovative cocktail menu and a buzzing spot for après ski fun!
