We are delighted with our chefs for both chalets this season: Milla Mackley of 'The F Word' fame and formerly of Michelin-starred restaurants Gordon Ramsay at Claridges & Club Gascon, and Richard Boxell who ran his own restaurants in Perth before leading kitchens (well, galleys) on some of the most exclusive yachts on the Mediterranean and around the world. There is nothing ordinary about their exciting food!
We have selected a cellar of excellent complimentary dining wines that come tried and tested either by ourselves or through trusted friends and colleagues with a keen palate. We believe that good wine flows through recommendations and we hope that you will return home inspired and eager to try different bottles.
Of course, what holiday wouldn’t officially start without complimentary Champagne on your arrival? We also have a selection of spirits that form an honesty bar that is additionally priced at the end of your stay.
